Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen, it’s a great honor to speak here: I am an English teacher.　

People often say: Teacher is the engineer of human spirit.　

Last September, I became a teacher.　

How to become a real teacher? This is the first difficulty that I come across in my career.　

At first, I felt so good and fun to stay with so many lovely students, then I integrated with them, and soon, the problem came out.　

If a teacher can’t set up her dignity in front of the students, it will make the class teaching more difficult.　

In my lessons, the students often kept on talking, acting, and asking questions.　　

What should I do? I can’t get along with them like this any more.　

I must be strict with them.　

Pay more attention to what should be praised, what should be criticized.　　

Any carelessness is not permitted.　

At last, the class discipline became better.

Nowadays, the importance of learning English is obvious

we should thank our parents. they are the people who gave us the life. they look after us carefully and give all their love to us. i believe if necessary, they are willing to give everything to us. they stay with us, all the time.　　we should thank our teachers. it is they who teach us knowledge unselfishly. they let us know how to write, how to read, how to get on with others and so on. they are our guide in our life.

Good morning , Ladies and gentmen It is great honour to speak here . I value this chance of sharing teaching experience with distinguished teachers very much. To be honest I felt rather nervous. I can still remember when I made my first speech in college. I ev en couldn't control my breath .　

Because I really didn't know what to say at that time . Well- today, being an English teacher for some years in Zhongxin, I have a strong sense of responsibility, which always fills me with strength and confidence.　

After being an English teacher, I think, to be a good English teacher, you should know your major well. Your personality is as important as your knowledge.　

A good English teacher must be enthusiastic. You must love your students and respect them. In addition, You must also respect yourself and take pride in your work. A good English teacher should be kind, encouraging, and helpful and you should motivate your students to seek knowledge.　

I'll tell you a true story, last year, a boy named LiuLei came to our class, he looked so quiet, no age children's lively and cheerful, he didn't dare to answer the question loudly, when I asked him to do the dialogue in front, he even had a big cry . And he didn't dare to see anyone ,whose voice low like a whisper, I am well aware that he lacked of confidence and necessary

So, then I give the opportunity to him for each class , and I encouraged him to say: Jake you have been done better than last time, and I also make the classmates to applaud him, I also told his mother to encourage him when seeing his progress, day by day , I am surprised to find the child really progressed, now he can put up hands to answer a question activly ,what's more， he can take part in the game, performance has been greatly improved. Good morning , honored judges is my greatest honor to be here today. I would like to share my English learning and teaching experience with you .

I could remember English has been my favorite since my junior high school. At that time I had a dream that one day my job must be something that connects with English.　

After graduating from University, I started my career in teaching English. Only then did I realize the true creed of being an English teacher. Besides teaching a foreign language, an English teacher can also help students learn and understand more about a very different culture. Learning English should be fun and exciting and must not be boring or with a sense of failure r becoming an English teacher, I do whatever I can to make my class lively and instructive.
